One thing about money is that it is easily wasted if you have it but you don’t have another avenue of making more of it. In fact, there is no better way to be poor than to have a million dollars in your pocket that you have never thought of investing.
Now, let me tell you how to waste money before I will teach you how to spend it. You have wasted money if the thing you spent it on has no value. Yes you may tell me that the money belongs to you so it concerns nobody if you waste it or spend it well. But, why must you waste it while there are a thousand and one ways you can increase the amount of money so you can have more to spend?
On one hand, you are wasting money if you spend it on valueless items like cigarettes. Did I say cigarettes? Yes, of course, the money you use to buy cigarettes is a complete waste because no amount of cigarette can add value to your life. In short, it removes value from your health.
On the other hand, money is spent wisely when it is used for something that adds value. If you spend money on buying a personal computer you actually spent it on what will have positive impact on your life so money, in this sense is spent not wasted.
