Earning an extra income is something that most of us strive to do at some time or another in our lifetimes. Whether its to cover the kids college fees or some extra cash for holidays, most of us have been there. For most of us it has meant some additional hours on the job or maybe even taking a second job if there is no overtime available with our primary employer. Others have gone down the sometimes questionable route of multi level marketing and internet marketing in an attempt to secure that all important extra income.

Don’t misunderstand, many folks make a sizable full time living from MLM and internet based business working from home. But unfortunately for most of the people that venture into this online world the end result is not so positive. Instead of earning an extra income they actually lose money and for many of these people who are already struggling this is not good news. Many of them are in debt but end up investing money borrowed on their credit cards to fund programs or schemes that they know absolutely nothing about.

The biggest problem with MLM or internet network marketing schemes is how they raise peoples expectations about how much they are able to earn and how quickly they can earn it. The fact is that many people are earning money from home business opportunities but it didn’t happen overnight. The good news is that once these businesses get going people out there make them a full time career and they never look back.

The trick to earning an extra income is to decide whether you want a little now or a lot later. In other words if you set your expectations at a realistic level and work consistently you have the ability to build a long term residual income for life. If you are only looking for a temporary solution to a short term financial need then read no further. The one blatant truth about MLM or internet marketing is that it does have the ability to grow your income month on month. The principal being that the work you do this month is added to the work you do next month. In other words the extra income you make is built upon month by month. In contrast to a conventional job where you work X number of hours and are paid for them. Then if you want more money you go back the next day and do it all over again.

Working for corporate big business can sap the life and creativity right out of you. Maybe it’s the boss who only cares about his position, or the constant “spin” on the truth is so fast that you get dizzy going into work.

What you need is a real money making business that can be started small, preferably in your spare time. Don’t just worry, it’s time to look for an alternative income source. That company office cubicle isn’t the only way to earn a living. It also isn’t very secure in these days of corporate robber barons and an attitude of no loyalty to the employees.

These days however, there are opportunities all around us that weren’t even available just 10 years ago. opening up all the time. With the Internet and the web being almost as critical as any utility, the opportunities have grown from the local street corner to across the nation to literally around the world.

Yes, I know there are a number of money making scams on the web, but these have been coming to your door through the mail for years. The key to protecting yourself from scammers and would be thieves is to arm yourself with knowledge. First thought though is have you ever considered this electronic road to opportunity? If not, why not? Many others, with fewer computer skills than you are making a good living on the web. Some are even doing it for free by using publicly available blog resources like Blogger.com, Live Journal.com, and Wordpress.com. All offer free resources for you to set up a money making blog about anything that’s of interest to you. Blog away with your brand new money making business in less time than it takes to complete your lunch at work.

Ok, you may not make a lot of money but it IS progress. It’s also free to you and will allow you to sharpen your money making skills on the web. What does it take to have a successful money making business? In a word…DESIRE!

You can spend all your time worrying about those money making scams and promises of easy wealth or get in front of your computer and create your own wealth. Making money on the web is the cheapest most cost effective way to build a real income that’s not tied to a corporate cubicle.

Here’s a quick checklist for you to review.

1. Is it a business you are interested in doing? If you aren’t interested, you’re trading one job you hate for another.

2. Is it a real money making business opportunity? Is there a market and is there money to be made? Can it be a viable business?

3. Do you have the DESIRE! Only you can answer that question.

Competition, although important really doesn’t stand a chance next to desire. We’ve all seen the country covered in franchised businesses from Coffee shops to fast food joints and they all seem to be making a profit or they wouldn’t be in business.

A Peculiar Money Magic Secret

When it comes to making more money and doing so more easily you may be making a big mistake. In fact, this mistake is so common you may never have noticed it has been costing you money and stressing you out.

The common mistake so many of us make is to over focus on the money when we want more of it! The problem with obsessing over the financials is that we then lose touch with the magic of making money.

Interestingly, money magic happens when we focus on creating value for others. We make more money with greater ease when we put love into what we do, when we solve problems for people and when we pay attention to what we are doing in the here and now.

However it is very difficult to be present for others when we view them as potential dollars. That over focus on the cash gets in the way.

The money magic secret is to handle the money after you deliver value. In sport we are familiar with the mantra “keep your eye on the ball!” Why is that? Because if you give 100% on the field and give attention to the ball the score will take care of itself. Watching the scoreboard will not improve your score but watching the ball will.

In terms of making money this means we need a game plan with financials that work before we step onto the field. Then, once we start playing the money game we need to pay attention to giving - give attention to who you are dealing with, act with love and give solutions to problems.

When you act from a place of giving people will notice your sincere concern for their welfare and that is when the money takes care of itself. The law of reciprocity kicks in - they want to give back to you. They gladly buy if you have what they want and they willingly refer others to you.

What can you do now to activate your money making magic?

1. Focus on solving problems

Ask yourself: who can you help who will pay for your expertise?

The world we live in has more problems than we can ever solve in one life time and this represents a huge opportunity. Solve problems for people who will eagerly pay for a solution and you can write your own pay check.

As life becomes more complex - be thankful! More complexity and a faster pace of life creates new problems. And many of these new problems require specialist skills to solve them. More good news for you!

Why? Because specialist skills are expensive to hire. Specialists in all walks of life are among the highest income earners even if the professions are relatively new e.g. voice recognition software engineers, plastic surgeons, satellite radio technical troubleshooters.

2. Whoever pays the bill deserves 100% of your attention

Focus on the person with the money - obsess over defining what they want and commit to delivering on your promises. When you get this right the money will follow.

When you do this congruently you will stand out from the crowd - many know they could do this but few do so. Your ability to listen, to care about the interests of the other person and to deliver the goods as agreed will ensure you make a positive impression on everyone you deal with.

3. Recognize what money really is

Money measures your results. It does not equate to your value but rather to the value you contribute and your ability to communicate that value.

This is great news! You can always improve your skills and contribute more value i.e. you can always boost your income.

Are you earning the cash you always expected you would? We all have those dreams as a child regarding future careers and salaries. I can still remember how my brother used to tell me that he expected to be a millionaire by age 21. He would own a personal island, with a helicopter pad and waterfall out back. You know the usual material. Well, now he’s 32 years old and it still hasn’t happened. Not that he’s complaining or anything. He did end up with a great job in computers.

I think that’s the typical routine. Although we may not all end up with that dream job and lifestyle we pondered as children we still end up fairly well off. Well, except for Tome journey. I hear he pretty much ended up exactly where he wanted. However, for the rest of us, sometimes a little extra cash is in order. This is why the Internet is so handy. Heck, we pretty much all have access to the World Wide-Web. That’s why we should attempt to make money on the web. There’s literally tons of it out there.

Have you ever considered ways to make money on the web this is a concept over-looked by many. I think it’s just one of those things that everyone assumes they’d never be successful at; therefore they never give it a shot. That’s a huge mistake. The truth is you can make money on the web. Believe me; people just like you do it every day. It’s all about finding your calling. The funny thing is that those who do end up producing income online sometimes do it on a stroke of luck. They start dabbling in something they love, and then all the sudden they’re making a living at it. Then you’re watching them on TV ads, angry about how much money they make from home. How To Make Money Online With No Website And Product (Part 1)

As an Internet Marketer, there’re many things to learn. Information is readily available online and overwhelming. As such this could easily lead to information overload. You may have a surge in new ideas from the information or techniques picked up during your research, and would most likely try as many things possible. It is however very important for an Internet Marketer to remain focus and to concentrate on the current task rather than trend hopping; moving from one project to the next without completing any. Thus working hard without achieving the result you wanted.

There are many skills you can pick as an Internet Marketer. These are the websites where they have their own products which you can help market through your affiliate link, and get a cut of the profit, with commission normally ranging from 20% to 70% or even more. On top of that, these sites would normally have their sales letter crafted for a higher conversion rate from a visitor to a buyer.

You can see from here that by knowing the art of traffic generate, you can literally direct the traffic you generated to any website you desire with your affiliate link. With a normal conversion rate of 2% to 5%, this means that every 100 visitors you send to a website, 2 to 5 of the visitors will most likely make a purchase. If the product cost $97, and with your commission at 50%, this would calculate to $48.50 for every sales made. What if you send 1,000 or even 10,000 visitors to this website? Your earning is potentially as much traffic as you can generate.

“So how do I generate traffic?”

These are few of the strategies of Traffic Generation and some of them you will find all too familiar.

6 ways to make money just using your online list

An opt-in list can be quite crucial to any site or internet based company. Even for a small venture such as a niche profit site an opt-in list can make a world of difference and also add some extra income for your pocket. Rarely would you see an e-commerce site, big or small, that is without an opt-in list.

An opt-in list allows for a company to market their wares and site via an e-mail. With an opt-in list, a site and a subscriber consents to sending and receiving a newsletter from your company. Through this, you can keep your subscribers abreast of what is currently available in your site as well as whatever is coming out.

And because there is mutual consent between the two parties, any mail sent to the list is not considered as spam mail. There is a great number of successfully read promotional materials such as catalogs, newsletters and such that are sent because the subscribers themselves have signed up for them, meaning, they do want to be sent those items.

Building a list is crucial, only a small percentage actually subscribes for an opt-in list. Many people find promotional mails annoying but of you provide a good newsletter or promotional material, you will see your list build up and grow. You can also achieve this by having good content on your site. If people like what they see and read on your site, then they surely would want more. Newsletters would be a way to attract them back to your site. A little teaser or appetizer if you will.

But other than marketing your wares and your services, an opt-in list can also be used to earn extra profit. Not all lists can be used though. It would be good to first build a successful list with a huge number of subscribers. The more subscribers you have, the more money you can get. Here are seven ways to make money using nothing more than your list.

1) Place advertisements. There are many corporations who will be willing to pay to put their banners and ads on a list with many subscribers. Selling or renting out lists is not a good idea so rather than doing that, many companies would just rather place ads with lists that have a huge subscriber base. Your newsletter could be placed with many ads and each one spells money.

2) Have affiliations with other companies that have at least a semblance or relation to what your site is about. Here other companies will provide links and brief descriptions of what they offer, products and services. With every click made on the link that directs or leads a subscriber from your list to their site, the company will pay you. This P4P or pay for performance.

3) Make deals with other companies by asking for a small percentage of sales done through your list. With every sale done by customers that have come from your list and have gone there because of your newsletter, the other company will pay you a small percentage of your sales. The more people who buys from them, the more earnings you get.

4) You may also get products from other sites on a consignment basis and sell them to your list via your newsletter. Place descriptions, articles and photos of the product in your newsletter. There will be those who will buy from you and when that happens, you can order the product from the other site and sell it to your buyer.

5) Sell e-books or a compilation of your articles on your list. Manuals and how-to articles are in great demand. Many people will be willing to shell out money to gain knowledge about a certain topic and subject. With your existing list trusting your expertise in that area, an e-book could be offered and sold or used as an incentive.

6) Create a network out of your list. Get people to invite more people to view your site and subscribe to your list. The larger your list is, the more people will be able to click on your links and affiliate links as well as make your advertisement rates higher.

Making Money Online Vol. 2

Hello folks, this is “Seth Rubberfold” with your latest issue of “Making Money Online”. In the previous article we reviewed some of the ways we can make money. Let’s go over them in more detail, and find out exactly how those money loving gurus take wonderful vacations. How would you like to sit on a sunny beach, with your high speed laptop, working? Doesn’t sound like a job does it? Well, that is the reality for many of us online entrepreneurs. In all honesty the job is not an easy task at first. When the online market first started to take off, any young business goers died out because of their lack f knowledge. That time is over, everything’s automated now!

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen quit because they couldn’t find out what their mistakes were. With “Money to Be Made Online” I guarantee you won’t make those same mistakes. As I stated earlier, the entire online business can be automated with simple clicks of your mouse! Before we had to learn programming languages, read marketing books, and make huge investments in web space. You are now able to get free websites, point and click your way to a web design, and accomplish all your financial dreams and goals without leaving your home.

First lesson, learn to differentiate hype from the real deal. You’ll notice that when you search “make money online” or “making money online”, most of the information you get will be vague and only trying to sell you a product. So how do you tell if the information is valid, and worthwhile your investment? First of all check out the testimonials. If the names are “John Doe-ish”, avoid at all costs. If you can’t email or have a live discussion over a bulletin board or other software, it’s pretty safe to say that you’re going to be wasting your money. Try emailing the owner of the website, does s/he even exist? When they reply like a real person and answer your questions realistically, than you might be on the right track to finding a good product.

If the entire article is full of sentences that only promote the product, don’t buy it. There’s nothing wrong with hyping up your product, but remember one of the golden rules. Content is king. Your articles must contain real and valuable information! If you’re buying a product that teaches you how to sell, or make money, look at the quality of where you’re buying it from. Does the site have a decent design? If not they couldn’t pay for it! How can you buy a product about making money from a person that doesn’t have enough for a good web site!?!

Take this article for example, it is written for a few reasons. One is to spread the wealth of information in the book, which is honestly a great purchase. The second is to educate people for free, and give them a taste of what is contained in the material covered by the book. The book has so much information in it, and it needs to get out there. This article is an example of business morality. The book is clearly defined as: “877 tips and tricks, collected and gathered over the years, that you need to know in order to avoid needless spending and wasted time.”

Now that you know about the massive amounts of “get rich quick” books and programs, remember to avoid them! From experience, nothing worthwhile in life gets done quickly. Part of the entire process of being satisfied is all the hard work you put into a project amounting to its final outcome. “Money to Be Made Online” simply helps you avoid all the pot holes on your road to success.

6 Ways to Make Money With PLR Products

There are several ways that you can make money with PLR products.

1) You can buy PLR products and resell them as is to consumers.

2) You can buy PLR products, combine several of them into one package, and sell them to consumers.

3) You can buy PLR products and edit them to reflect your needs and the needs of your list, and sell them to consumers.

4) You can buy PLR products and edit them, then sell the edited version as a PLR product itself.

5) You can buy PLR products and edit them, then sell resale rights to your new product.

6) You can buy PLR products and resell them to other marketers.

This is only a partial list of what you can do with PLR products. However, that list should give you a good idea of all the different ways you can make money with PLR products.

Here is How to Do It

In this section, I am going to give you brief instructions about how to buy PLR products and use them in each of the 6 ways I just outlined.

I recommend that when you get started, you just use one of the 6 ways I have outlined, then as you grow, expand into using all 6 ways to make money online. Eventually you should be able to easily integrate all 6 ways of making money with PLR products. But it will be much easier for you to gain a handle on things and become good at making money with PLR products if you just start with one and expand as you gain experience.

Here goes:

This is certainly one of the easiest ways to make money with PLR products. If you are just getting started, you should only buy PLR products that come with sales pages for each of the PLR products. If you are comfortable writing sales copy, then you can buy any PLR product, whether it has a sales page or not, and just write your own sales copy.

The method for doing this is quite easy:

Buy the PLR product.

Upload the sales page to your website. You do not need a special web site for each PLR product; just create a separate page for each PLR product.

Sell all you can. Then buy another PLR product and do the same thing over again.

In this case, you need to be able to write sales copy. Basically what you do here is buy several different (preferably related) PLR products, package them together, and sell the package.

So do this:

Buy several PLR products.

Create a sales page for your collection of PLR products. Upload the sales page to your website.
3) You can buy PLR products and edit them to reflect your needs and the needs of your list, and sell them to consumers.

To do this, you will buy PLR products, take the source files, and edit them to reflect your own knowledge and experience, rename the product, create a PDF of your new product, and then create a sales page for your new product.

In this case, not only do you edit the PLR product, but you sell your finished product as a PLR product itself. To do this, you will need to not only create a PDF file of the product, but also a Word or text file so your customers will have a true PLR product themselves.

In this case, instead of selling the product as a rebrandable PLR product, you simply create a PDF of the product, and sell resale rights to your new product.
